Terms of Use
Allowed Content
- Only content (chants, hymns, etc.) that is in full accordance with the dogmas, teachings, and
traditions
of the Holy Catholic Church will be accepted.
- Content submitted to the application must respect Christian ethics and the liturgical purpose of
the
application. Any content that contradicts these principles will be removed.
Prohibition of Secular Chants
- Secular chants or any other type of content that is not liturgical or religious will not be
accepted in
the application.
- All content must be intended for use in Masses, liturgical celebrations, or moments of prayer,
in
accordance with the customs of the Holy Catholic Church.
Inappropriate Content
- Inappropriate or offensive content, or any content that promotes hate speech, violence, or any
behavior
contrary to Catholic ethics, will be banned from the application without prior notice.
- User accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines may be suspended or removed.
Content Moderation
- Content submitted to the application may be moderated and reviewed by the responsible team to
ensure
compliance with the established principles.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate, inadequate, or outside
the scope
of the application.
Copyright
- Laudamus does not claim ownership or copyright over any content submitted by users.
- By submitting content, the user declares that they own the copyright or have authorization to
share the
material.
- Laudamus is not responsible for any copyright violations committed by users and does not
guarantee
copyright protection for submitted content.
- If there are complaints related to third-party copyrights, the content may be removed, and the
responsible user will be subject to the applicable penalties.
User Responsibility
- The user is entirely responsible for the content they submit to the application. By submitting
any chant
or material, you guarantee that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe on
third-party rights.
Changes to the Terms of Use
- These terms may be updated periodically. It is the responsibility of each user to review the
terms
regularly to stay informed.
Penalties
- Violations of these terms may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account
suspension at the
discretion of the moderation team.
